On weekends, I like to cook a pork butt in my Instant Pot so that we have pulled pork to use for the upcoming week’s meals. Meals like Pulled Pork Oven Quesadillas or Mason jar Pulled Pork Parfaits that are quick and easy to throw together because the pork is already cooked.

- Flour tortillas
- Cooked, pulled (shredded) pork
- Queso, optional

All I can say about that is we have the Cuisinart TOA-60 Air Fryer Convection Oven and we use the darn thing ALL. THE. TIME.
I have been shocked at how much we use it for making speedy meals and for reheating leftovers.

- When making the tortilla chips in the air fryer, make sure they are in a single layer and not touching so they can get crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- You can use any cooked and shredded (or chopped) meat to make these nachos – pork, chicken, beef, etc.
- These nachos are delicious with or without the cheese queso as an ingredient.
- If you don’t want to take the time to make the baked chips from the flour tortillas, you can use bagged tortilla chips instead.
- The flour tortillas make great baked chips for nachos because they are stronger than fried chips, so it makes the nachos easier to lift and eat.
How to Make Air Fryer Nachos with Shredded Cheese and Pulled Pork in 3 Easy Steps
- Cut the flour tortillas into triangles, then brush them with a bit of oil on each side. Bake the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- When the tortillas chips are done, top them with warm, shredded pulled pork and cheddar cheese; cook in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or until hot throughout and bubbly on top.
- Top the nachos with your favorite toppings – diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, sour cream, salsa, queso cheese dip…whatever you prefer! Serve at once.

Air Fryer Pulled Pork Nachos
Ingredients
- 4 6-inch flour tortillas cut into 4-6 triangles to make tortilla chips
- vegetable oil for brushing the tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup black beans chili beans, or refried beans, as desired, warm
- 1 cup shredded pulled pork warm
- Your favorite cheese queso as desired, warm
- Your favorite Mexican food toppings as desired diced tomatoes, sliced olives, chopped lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
Instructions
- Brush the flour tortilla triangles with oil on both sides, then place the tortilla chips across the bottom of the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
- Bake the tortilla chips at 350 degrees F. for 2-3 minutes, turning half way through the baking time, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- When the chips are done, top them with the beans, pork, and cheese queso, as desired; bake the nachos in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes or until they reach the preferred doneness.
- Top the nachos with your favorite toppings and serve at once.
