Don’t have pulled pork on hand? Then make a big ole pork butt so you’ve got lots of shredded, cooked pork for many meals!
You can use any cooked and shredded (or chopped) meat to make these nachos – pork, chicken, beef, etc. So feel free to use what you have on hand.
If you don’t want to make the baked chips from the flour tortillas, use bagged tortilla chips instead.
Ingredients for Air Fryer Nachos with Pulled Pork
- Flour tortillas or bagged tortilla chips
- Cooked, pulled (shredded) pork

How to Make Air Fryer Nachos with Shredded Cheese and Pulled Pork in 3 Easy Steps
Cut the flour tortillas into triangles, then brush them with a bit of oil on each side.
Bake the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
When making the tortilla chips in the air fryer, make sure they are in a single layer and not touching,
This way they can get crispy and golden brown on both sides.
When the tortillas chips are done, top them with warm, shredded pulled pork and cheddar cheese.
Cook in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or until hot throughout and bubbly on top.
Top the nachos with your favorite toppings – diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, sour cream, salsa, queso cheese dip…whatever you prefer!
Serve at once.
Which Type of Air Fryer is the Best One?
All I can say about that is we have the Cuisinart TOA-60 Air Fryer Convection Oven and we use the darn thing ALL. THE. TIME.
I have been shocked at how much we use it for making speedy meals and for reheating leftovers.
One of the best things? The air fryer makes leftover pizza like brand new again – crispy and wonderful, just like fresh baked from the pizza joint delivery. I’ve even made a deep-dish quiche in our air fryer before!
