HELPFUL TIPS for Easy pepperoni rolls with biscuits

This recipe makes one batch of twelve biscuit bites. Double the recipe and fill two muffin tins if you need more!

You can use mini pepperoni or reduced-fat pepperoni (usually called turkey pepperoni) for making pepperoni pizza biscuit rolls, which are still delicious.

Cut the biscuits and pepperoni with your kitchen shears to make the task fast and easy.

You can use any canned biscuits for this recipe. I prefer the biscuits in the 7.5 oz. can because they are smaller, and once cut into pieces, they bake faster in the muffin tin.

Add chopped veggies like green pepper, black olives, mushrooms, and onions to the biscuit bites. Either stir them in when you combine the biscuit bites with the melted butter, Parmesan, and pepperoni, or sprinkle the veggies over the top of the biscuit bites once you’ve portioned them into the muffin tin to bake.

If you prefer, you could substitute chopped ham or cooked sausage for the pepperoni!

The pepperoni biscuit bites can be made ahead by 1-2 hours and baked fresh when you need them.

Once the biscuit bites are fully baked and cooled, you can freeze them. Just thaw and reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
