Homemade Steak Seasoning

Consider giving the gift of home-grown Kansas beef this Christmas! To make it even more special, add a jar of  homemade steak seasoning to the mix.  We use this seasoning blend on lots of the beef we grill and smoke….burgers, roasts, flat irons, tri tip, brisket….you name it. 

1 Tbs. kosher salt
1 Tbs. black pepper
1 Tbs. dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 Tbs. granulated garlic
1 – 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 Tbs. dried thyme
1/2 Tbs. dried rosemary
1/2 Tbs. ground coriander

Combine and store in a well-sealed container.  Stir before pressing into meats as a rub.
