These Kings Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders have sliced ham and smoked Gouda cheese nestled into soft slider buns, then drizzled with a warm butter mixture and sprinkled with a poppy seed topping.

Ingredients
112 count King's Hawaiian Rolls
¾pound thinly sliced deli ham
¾poundGouda cheesesliced or shredded
1/3cupbuttermelted
1tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1tablespoon spicy brown mustardmay substitute any mustard you prefer
1tablespoon brown sugar
poppy seedsfor garnishing, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; reserve.
Unpackage the rolls and slice them in half, where you have all their tops in one “sheet”, and all their bottoms in one “sheet”. Place the bottom sheet of rolls into the prepared baking pan.

Layer half of the ham on top of the rolls, piling it up slightly. Top the ham with the sliced or shredded Gouda cheese.

Top the cheese with remaining half of ham, then add the sheet of the roll tops.
Meanwhile, melt the butter; whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.

Pour the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls; use a pastry brush to evenly smooth out the butter where needed. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, as desired.

Cover the pan with foil. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes on the center oven rack. Remove the foil, and bake for an addtional 10 minutes.
Use a knife to slice the sheet of sliders apart to make them easy to lift out of the pan.
