Easy Snickers Popcorn is an absolutely addictive snack recipe with kettle corn, marshmallows, and Snickers. It is the perfect quick and easy fall snack.
Place the butter into a large skillet over medium heat; cook until the butter is golden brown and has a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally. Take care not to let the butter burn!
1 cup unsalted butter
Turn the heat to low. Add the marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring gently until the marshmallows are nearly all melted.
20 ounces mini marshmallows
Immediately pour the prepared marshmallow mixture over the kettle corn in the mixing bowl.
Use two large spoons to gently toss the popcorn with the marshmallow mixture until well coated.
Spread the warm popcorn mixture out in an even layer over two large sheets of parchment paper.
While the popcorn mixture is still warm, immediately sprinkle it generously with kosher salt.

Top the popcorn mixture with the chopped Snickers bars, gently pressing it in so it sticks.
4 regular-size Snickers candy bars, cut into small chunks
Let the popcorn mixture cool fully, then store in an airtight container.
