  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Minced fresh chives optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl; stir to combine until smooth.
  • Adjust the sauce to taste, seasoning with more salt and pepper, if needed.
  • Garnish with more chopped chives. Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
