Ingredients
 

Steak Bites

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into large bite-size pieces, about 1 1/2-inches in size

Marinade

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Into a gallon bag, place the marinade ingredients, massaging to combine; add the steak bites, pressing the air from the bag and sealing it well.
    1 pound sirloin steak, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic , 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Place the sealed bag of marinade and steak bites into a deep bowl and allow them to marinate on the counter for 30 minutes at room temperature.
    **Or place the bowl into the fridge and let the steak bites marinate up to 24 hours for added flavor.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees F. for 1-2 minutes. **We used the Cosori 6-quart air fryer for this recipe.
  • Remove the steak bites from the marinade, spreading them out over the air fryer rack so that they aren't touching so there is plenty of room for the hot air to circulate. **Work in batches as you cook the steak bites so you don't overcrowd the air fryer. **Discard the marinade.
  • Air fry the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side, for medium-rare doneness. Let the steak bites rest for 1-2 minutes in the air fryer so they are extra tender. Serve at once!
