This Air Fryer Steak Bites recipe is a straight-forward and simple air fryer method that makes marinated sirloin steak bites that are juicy, tender and super fun to eat!
1lb.sirloin steakcut into large bite-size pieces, about 1 1/2-inches in size
Marinade
1/2cuplow sodium soy sauce
1/3cupvegetable oil
2Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1tsp.garlic powder or granulated garlic
2tsp. Italian seasoning
1tsp.ground black pepperoptional
Instructions
Into a gallon bag, place the marinade ingredients, massaging to combine; add the steak bites, pressing the air from the bag and sealing it well.
Place the sealed bag of marinade and steak bites into a deep bowl and allow them to marinate on the counter for 30 minutes at room temperature. **Or place the bowl into the fridge and let the steak bites marinate up to 24 hours for added flavor.
Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees F. for 1-2 minutes. **We used the Cosori 6-quart air fryer for this recipe.
Remove the steak bites from the marinade, spreading them out over the air fryer rack so that they aren't touching so there is plenty of room for the hot air to circulate. **Work in batches as you cook the steak bites so you don't overcrowd the air fryer.
Air fry the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side, for medium-rare doneness. Let the steak bites rest for 1-2 minutes in the air fryer so they are extra tender. Serve at once!
