Ingredients
1lb.sirloin steakcut into large bite-size pieces, approx. 1 1/2-inches in size (meat will shrink a bit as it cooks)
Marinade
1/2cupsoy sauce or low sodium soy sauce
1/3cupvegetable oil
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
1tsp.granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 1/2Tbs.Italian seasoning
1tsp.ground black pepperoptional
Instructions
In a gallon bag, place the marinade ingredients, massaging to combine; add the steak bites, pressing the air from the bag and sealing it well. Place the bag of marinade and steak bites into a bowl and into the fridge, on the lowest shelf. Let the steak bites marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably over night.
Remove the steak bites from the marinade, spreading them out over the air fryer rack so that they aren't touching; you may have to work in batches, depending on how big your air fryer rack is.
Place the rack of steak bites into the air fryer at 350 degrees, cooking them for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how you prefer your beef cooked. (We cook the steak bites for 2 minutes per side as we prefer medium rare steak.) The steak bites should be nicely caramelized on each side.
