BBQ Country-Style Ribs

1 1/2 lbs. country-style pork ribs
Canola or vegetable oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup chili sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbs. honey
1 onion, sliced
In pressure cooker set on high setting, heat oil until hot. Combine paprika and garlic in a small bowl, then use this spice blend to season ribs. When oil is hot, add seasoned ribs to pot and brown on all sides, working with a few at a time. When all ribs are browned, place trivet into pot and return ribs to pressure cooker pot. In a small bowl combine  chili sauce, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey; pour over ribs in pot, then sprinkle ribs with onion. Lock lid into place and choose 20 minutes on high setting. When timer goes off, use a natural release until all pressure is released from the pressure cooker. Preheat oven broiler; remove ribs from pressure cooker and place onto a greased baking sheet; slather with sauce from pressure cooker pot. Place baking sheet beneath broiler and cook ribs for 3-5 minutes until nicely browned and crusty, brushing with more sauce as desired. Meanwhile, turn pressure cooker to sauté setting and simmer sauce until thickened to desired consistency. Serve ribs with sauce.
