1cupassorted fresh herbs, chopped, such as flat-leaf parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme, basil, tarragon
1clove garlic, peeled
1/2cupunsalted butter, softened
1/2tsp. fresh lemon zest
1tsp. fresh lemon juice
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Pulse herbs and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped. Add butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice and process until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
Notes
