In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and granulated garlic; spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the mayonnaise, then lay the ham slices on top; sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli ham
Using your fingers, roll up the dough encasing the filling inside, kind of "tucking and pulling" as you go. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut the log of dough into 8-10 rolls.
Place the rolls onto a 9×13-inch greased, rimmed baking pan (or into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish).
Bake the ham and cheese rolls on the center oven rack, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until baked throughout and deep golden brown in color.
Using a silicone pastry brush, gently brush the warm rolls with melted butter, adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve warm.
