Ingredients
16 ounce can refrigerated jumbo biscuits, 8 count I prefer Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
Nonstick baking spray or a bit of vegetable oil
butter, honey, jelly, or jamas desired, for serving
Instructions
Spray the bottom and sides of the air fryer basket with a little cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil.
Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving just a tiny bit of space between each one and the sides of the air fryer basket so the hot air can circulate evenly. **Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may not be able to bake all 8 biscuits at one time. Cooking them in batches is fine.
Using a silicone pastry brush, brush the tops of the biscuits with a bit of oil. This will help them brown more beautifully.
Cook at 325° for 5 minutes, then turn the biscuits over and cook another 2-3 minutes, just until the biscuits are golden brown.
Turn the air fryer off and allow the biscuits to rest inside for 2 minutes longer so they can fully bake to the very center of each biscuit.
Turn the biscuits over so the smooth, pretty side is up. Serve at once while warm with loads of butter, honey, or your favorite jam.
