2ozheavy creme, no need to use a jigger
Instructions
Add the instant coffee to a rocks glass. Add the vodka, stirring until the coffee is dissolved and the cocktail is very dark and smooth. Stir in the simple syrup, then add ice; gently and slowly pour heavy cream over the ice, do not stir. Serve at once.
