Whipped topping, pumpkin pie spice, for garnishing
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup and pudding, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended; fold in the whipped topping.
In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until moistened.
Place a small amount of the prepared graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each mini jar or plastic cup; top with the prepared pumpkin cheesecake filling, followed by the whipped topping; sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
