Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the burger sauce ingredients; reserve in the fridge.
Prepare the Big Mac Sloppy Joes
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until no pink remains; drain any fats that accumulate.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, and granulated onion.
In a small bowl, whisk the pickle juice and cornstarch together to make a slurry.
Pour the prepared slurry over the ground beef, stirring to combine. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and the ground beef mixture is glossy.
Serve the Big Mac Sloppy Joes
To serve, scoop a generous amount of the warm Big Mac filling onto the bottom halves of 8 hamburger buns. Top each one with one slice of American cheese; garnish with shredded lettuce, onions, and dill pickles, then drizzle with the Big Mac burger sauce and top with the buns.
