Ingredients
13.8 oz. roll refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 lb. thinly-sliced deli ham
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
melted butter, for brushing the rolls, optional
Parmesan cheese, for garnishing the rolls, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Open the roll of pizza dough and remove from the package. On a clean work surface, roll the pizza dough out to about 16-inches wide by 10-inches tall.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and granulated garlic; spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the mayonnaise, then lay the ham slices on top; sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese.
Roll up the dough encasing the filling inside; using a sharp serrated knife, cut the log of dough into 8 rolls.
Place the rolls onto a 9×13-inch greased, rimmed baking sheet or a 9×13-inch greased baking dish.
Bake the ham and cheese rolls on the center oven rack, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until baked throughout and deep golden brown in color.
If desired, gently brush the warm rolls with melted butter. and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve at once.
