Using your favorite zoodle maker, use both zucchini to make a pile of zoodles.
Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat a tiny bit of olive oil over medium high heat. When the oil is nicely HOT, add the zoodles along with the pesto, to the skillet, tossing to coat.
Cook the zoodles for 30-60 seconds, then remove the zoodles from the heat to a bowl; top with the fried eggs. Serve at once!
