1 1/2cupsHildebrand Farms Dairy heavy whipping cream
1/4cupcocoa powder, sifted
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/4tsp.almond extract
1brownie mix, prepared and baked according to package directions, I prefer Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate
2Tbs. mini chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions
In a deep mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream until frothy and slightly thickened; add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and almond extract, continuing to beat until soft peaks form.
Meanwhile, crumble the baked and cooled brownies into the bottom of mini jelly jars or small plastic cups. Spoon the chocolate mousse over the brownies in each jar; garnish with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
