Basic Italian Pasta Salad with Browned Kielbasa Bites

Italian Pasta Salad

Hearty and tangy pasta salad is never out of style, especially when you stir in brown kielbasa bites for extra flavor! Serve it as a side or a hearty weeknight meal. #weeknightrecipes #pastasalad #kielbasa

Basic Italian Pasta Salad

1 lb. rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions, cooled slightly
Wish-Bone Italian Salad Dressing
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup medium black olives
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Combine pasta with red onion, olives, and tomatoes; add as much dressing as desired, gently tossing ingredients as you do so. Top with Parmesan. Cover and store in the fridge. Salad is best served at room temperature.

KitchenSmack: I like to use my Electric Pressure Cooker (Instant Pot-style) for the pasta. 3 minutes and it’s done!
