Chipotle-Ranch Chicken Bacon Pizza

Yes, this is super fattening, but I have to say my boys just flipped over this pizza. (And what pizza ISN’T fattening, any way??!)  It left me wondering why I’d never thought to make a pizza with these flavors/ingredients at home. 

Chipotle-Ranch Chicken Bacon Pizza

1 prepared pizza crust, par baked
1 cup Ranch dressing combined with 1/2-1 tsp. chipotle sauce, or to taste
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Top pizza crust with seasoned Ranch dressing, spreading out as needed. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese; top evenly chicken and bacon. Sprinkle remaining half cup of cheese over the top.
Bake pizza, uncovered, on center rack of oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve at once.
