Game Day Sliders
1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls, 12 count, sliced
1 lb. deli Black Forest Ham
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place bottoms of Hawaiian rolls into the bottom of a large greased cast iron skillet; top with folded ham slices, then sprinkles with cheese. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with mustard, horseradish, poppy seeds, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes; pour half of this mixture over the ham and cheese layer in the skillet. Now add roll tops and pour the remains butter mixture over all.
Cover skillet with foil and place skillet into the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve while warm and gooey!
