Bacon Cheddar Dip

Bacon Cheddar Dip6 scallions, chopped
2 cups shredded Alma Creamery Sharp Cheddar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 pkg. Rabbit Creek Garden Fest Dip Mix, 1.1 oz.
6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup chopped lettuce
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon and lettuce; place dip into a serving bowl, then garnish with bacon and lettuce.  Chill dip for 3-4 hours.  Serve dip with sliced vegetables, crackers, or your favorite chips.
